Payment Method:
For your shopping convenience, we accept the following credit cards: master card and visa. USD amounts shown as part of the product price are approximates and references. All transactions are charged in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

Cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellation must be made before the order has delivered. Kindly note that, there will be no cancellation allowed after the orders' delivery has been attempted. Refunds will be process within 14 working days. Thereafter, the bank will process the credit to your credit card.

Delivery:
Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full payment. Purple Cane Enterprise Sdn Bhd will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following circumstances:

• a) Recipients is not present at the address given those hours during which deliveries was requested to take place
• b) The address given was incorrect or insufficient
• c) No such person at the given address
• d) No Valid contact number was given to us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to execute the order successfully

Purple Cane Enterprise Sdn Bhd will make one attempt to contact the recipient upon the first unsuccessful delivery. We will arrange to have the order delivered at a later date. This may result an additional surcharge to the customer. Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be made. In rare cases of delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. Purple Cane Enterprise Sdn Bhd will not bew held liable for any claims.

Shipping Policy:
We are using FeDex and GDex as our shipping medium. We can ship to virtually any address which the shipping company provided. Note that there are restrictions on some product, and some products cannot be shipped to international destination. Shipping costs for orders from Purplecane.com.my depend upon the method and option you choose.
